Currently, I work with clients in Russian. I am studying English and Finnish, but I am not yet able to offer consultations in these languages.
I am a consultant with over 18 years of experience in family counseling, educational services, and business consulting. I have extensive experience in conducting individual and group counseling, developing educational programs, and providing consultations both in private practice and within organizations.
I offer qualified assistance and support through innovative approaches and continuous professional development.
How I Work
In my work, I use the most suitable methods and techniques from various contemporary counseling approaches for each specific case.
I adhere to three core principles:

Ecology - ensuring no harm to the individual (or family) I work with, their surroundings, and myself;

Authenticity - the ability to be aware of and experience one's own emotional state and to genuinely express this experience in communication;
